Phlegm makes mark
4th March 2016
Big ups to Phlegm, who has left us yet another knockout artwork - this one in Moray Place.
The British street artist has painted at least four other large works on big walls in Dunedin's CBD, and one on a structure out at Dunedin's Second Beach.
Native New Zealand birds feature in many of his works, as do his signature mummified humanoid-like creatures. The pictured work, completed a few days ago, shows these combative creatures (with one dissenter) hitching a ride on a moa. Or are they trying to kill it?
