City Walks has always offered generous terms and conditions.  We trust that this will give you some peace of mind - especially in these uncertain Covid-19 times.

Those who book directly with us typically pay at the start of their walk, therefore no penalty applies if tours must be cancelled or amended - unless other arrangements have been made.

Those who book through third parties are subject to those parties' terms and conditions: typically tours may be amended or fully refunded, minus any agents' fees, up to 24 hours prior to tour departure. Thereafter no refunds are offered.

Always, please contact us, or the agent, as soon as possible, should changes or cancellations need to be made.
